Have you been thinking about signing up for a DIY wood sign workshop or hosting a paint party, but you’re feeling nervous because you don’t have a lot of experience with arts and crafts?
We understand, and we’ve got good news for you! There’s no artistic experience required to participate in, and enjoy, one of our public wood sign workshops or parties. At the henn house in Burr Ridge, our goal is to provide you with a great experience, new memories, and a custom piece of art for your home. That’s why we make the process easy, and we help you out along every step of the way.
Creating a Custom Wood Sign
Whether you’re having a girl’s night out with your best gals in Downers Grove, you’re hosting a bachelorette party for friends from Westmont, or you’ve gathered your loved ones from all around the Chicagoland area for a workshop, the process is simple.
First, you’ll choose your design and let us know if there’s any custom text you’d like added. This happens before your party or workshop, so there’s plenty of time. The workshop or party link will have all of the available designs. Don’t see one you like? We can create a custom design for you for an extra fee!
On the day of your custom wood sign workshop or party, you’ll choose your wood stain and paint colors. Your sign will be assembled, and our team will have printed off the stencil for you. Yup! Don’t worry about free-hand painting here (unless you want to!). We create a stencil for you to follow, making it easy and fun to decorate your sign.
Our staff will walk you through each step of creating your masterpiece, and everyone gets to go home with a custom work of art! Adult workshops typically last between 2.5 to 3 hours, and kids’ workshops and parties are about 2 hours. We also host slime parties for kids, which run about 90 minutes.
Time to Make Your Work of Art
